Started by Bato Balani Foundation Inc (BBFI) in 1991, the How to Be a Highly Effective Teacher Program is an Anvil-award-winning program that conducts seminars in cooperation with recognized educational institutions and distinguished pillars of the Philippine educational system. To date, a total of 115,000 teachers all over the Philippines have benefitted from it. Under the administration of Diwa Learning Systems Inc as the program’s main sponsor, it now has seminar modules that cater to the varied needs of the modern Filipino teacher.
