The Private Education Assistance Committee (PEAC) officially launched its 2026 In-Service Training (INSET) series at Saint Scholastica’s Academy, signaling the start of a nationwide professional development initiative for private school educators.
From April 27 to May 3, 2026, thousands of K–6, Junior High School, and Senior High School teachers from across Region 3 gathered to align with the latest academic standards. The sessions focused on practical classroom applications, providing a dedicated space for educators to prepare for the upcoming school year and the specific requirements of the Revised K–10 and Strengthened SHS curricula.

Empowering Educators through Curriculum Transition
The training highlighted the pivotal role of teachers in navigating recent educational shifts. While Junior High School educators explored new strategies for tracking student performance, K–6 and Senior High School participants focused on mastering specialized curriculum updates. The event served as a vital platform for teachers to gain the insights and skills necessary to lead their classrooms with confidence.
Strategic Collaboration and Support
To ensure participants had direct access to essential instructional materials, Diwa Learning Systems Inc. partnered with PEAC to provide on-site assistance throughout the week.
Diwa’s product display booth functioned as a practical resource center, allowing teachers to browse the latest materials and see firsthand how they align with new curriculum standards. The booth quickly became a hub for inquiries; the Diwa team assisted numerous educators who requested evaluation copies for their institutions or chose to secure personal copies of essential materials to aid in their individual preparations.

A Nationwide Mission Continues
The successful conclusion of the Region 3 leg establishes a strong foundation for the remainder of the 2026 PEAC INSET series. As the program rolls out to other regions, Diwa Learning Systems Inc. remains a committed collaborator with PEAC and a reliable partner to the educators shaping the future of Philippine education. Diwa looks forward to supporting even more teachers in the upcoming regional legs of this nationwide series.
