Empowering Regional Educators: Father Saturnino Urios University Hosts 8th Run of 2026 PEAC INSET

Educators from across the Caraga and BARMM regions recently gathered at Father Saturnino Urios University (FSUU) for the 8th run of the 2026 PEAC In-Service Training (INSET). Held over two intensive three-day periods on 25–27 May 2026 and 29–31 May 2026, at the Basic Education Morelos Campus, this leg of the nationwide series served as a vital hub for professional growth, specifically focusing on preparing Kindergarten to Grade 6 (K-6), Junior High School (JHS), and Senior High School (SHS) teachers for the latest curriculum requirements.

The training sessions, held inside the modern halls of the Morelos Building, centered on the implementation of updated regional teaching standards and specialized subject-matter frameworks. By participating in these specialized workshops, teachers from different provinces collaborated on modernizing their instructional strategies and aligning their classroom objectives with the newest national competencies.

Instructional Support on the Ground
