A new chapter began for five exceptional individuals as First Asia Institute of Technology and Humanities (FAITH) Colleges held its Commencement Exercises last May 9, 2026. Among the sea of caps and gowns were the Diwa scholars, marking the culmination of years of hard work, resilience, and academic excellence.
The graduation ceremony served not only as a personal milestone for these students but as a testament to the power of educational partnership. Through the unwavering support of their benefactors, these scholars have navigated the challenges of higher education to emerge as the next generation of educators.
A notable highlight of the ceremony was the recognition of Josephine Dela Serna Flores, who earned the distinction of Magna Cum Laude. Her achievement, along with those of her fellow scholars, underscores the high caliber of students supported by the Diwa Scholarship Program.
Class of 2025 - 2026 Diwa scholars:
Andres, Mary Ann Paclibar – BSEd - Mathematics
Dimaano, Roma Logronio – BSEd - Mathematics
Flores, Josephine Dela Serna – Bachelor of Elementary Education, Magna Cum Laude
Madronero, Rizchelle Anne Aranda – Bachelor of Elementary Education
Ramirez, Arnel Descallar – Bachelor of Elementary Education
The success of these graduates is rooted in the mission of Diwa Learning Systems Inc. to meaningfully contribute to Philippine education. By specifically providing scholarships for education programs, the company aims to produce high-quality future educators who will actively improve the country's education system.
Since 2013, the scholarship program has opened doors for 90 education scholars, building a decade-long legacy of academic and professional success. This foundation is reflected in the 56 graduates who have already transitioned into the professional world, as well as the 34 undergraduates currently in the academic pipeline to become the next generation of classroom leaders.
As these five new graduates move from the classroom to the profession, the support provided by Diwa serves as a springboard for their future contributions to the field of education. Their journey represents a vital step toward strengthening the education system for Filipino learners.
Congratulations to the Diwa Scholars of Academic Year 2025-2026!
