The Manila Ecclesiastical Province School Systems Association (MaPSA), in partnership with Diwa Learning Systems Inc., has officially opened nominations for the Sedes Sapientiae Award 2026: A Search for the Most Outstanding Academic Administrator, recognizing exemplary leaders who embody excellence in Catholic education.
The annual award honors Academic Administrators from MaPSA member schools who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, professional competence, faith-filled service, and unwavering commitment to the mission of Catholic education. Through their dedication, these educators help shape learning communities that foster academic excellence while nurturing Christian values.
The search is open to all full-time, regular MaPSA Academic Administrators, including Principals, Deans, Vice Presidents for Academics, Assistant Principals, Academic Coordinators, Subject Area Coordinators, and Cluster Subject Area Coordinators.
Nominees must have served in a MaPSA member school for at least ten (10) years and completed a minimum of five years as an Academic Administrator covering School Years 2021–2022 through 2025–2026. They must also remain active in their position during the current School Year 2026–2027. The selection process will prioritize achievements and accomplishments made within the last five years of administrative service.
The deadline for the submission of nomination forms and all supporting documents is 24 July 2026 (Friday).
Through the Sedes Sapientiae Award, MaPSA and Diwa Learning Systems reaffirm their shared commitment to recognizing educational leaders whose service strengthens Catholic schools and advances the mission of providing quality, values-centered education.
