The Lyceum of the Philippines University (LPU) - Laguna recently hosted the first batch of the 2026 PEAC In-Service Training (INSET) for Region IV-A. The training was held in two phases: the Junior High School (JHS) sessions from May 11–13 and the Senior High School (SHS) sessions from May 15–17, 2026.
Marking the fourth run of this nationwide training series, the program gathered hundreds of educators from across CALABARZON. The sessions provided a platform for teachers and school leaders to align with the latest academic standards, focusing on the Revised K–10 framework for JHS and the Strengthened SHS Curriculum for the senior high level.

Collaborative Training and Instructional Mastery
The training focused on shifts in teaching methods and the integration of higher-order thinking skills. By gathering at LPU-Laguna, participants collaborated on best practices to ensure a unified, high-standard approach for the upcoming school year. These sessions were designed to prepare students for the challenges of higher education and the modern global workforce.
Navigating Transitions with Specialized Support
To ensure educators were equipped with the practical tools needed to implement these curriculum updates, Diwa Learning Systems Inc. partnered with PEAC to provide on-site assistance.
The Diwa Product Display and Service Booth on the LPU-Laguna campus functioned as a resource hub, allowing participants to explore textbooks and digital solutions precisely mapped to the updated learning competencies. This collaboration ensured that the move from curriculum theory to actual classroom application was well-supported.

A Renewed Mission for CALABARZON
The event concluded with a renewed sense of mission as the Batch 1 delegates returned to their respective institutions. The completion of these sessions in Laguna builds momentum for the remainder of the 2026 INSET series. As the program continues its nationwide rollout, Diwa Learning Systems Inc. remains committed to providing the resources necessary to support educators across the country.
